Scrambled Tofu

 

2 lbs. Firm tofu
4 t. vegetarian chicken-style seasoning
1/4 t. turmeric powder
1 t. salt
1 t. onion powder
½ t. garlic powder
2 T. Nutritional yeast flakes (Not brewers yeast) (May get at the health food store)

Drain the water off the tofu, mash up the tofu, and add the seasonings, mix up well, scramble on the Teflon skillet for 10-20 minutes until slightly browned. You may add chopped onion, bell pepper, or mushrooms to this if you like.
