Ten Rules for Normalizing Weight

Drink eight glasses of water
daily - 2 1/2 to 3 quart.

Eat Breakfast.

Eat no snacking between meals.

Eat no fried of greasy foods.

Eat no concentrated sweets such
as sodas, candy, pies, cakes, etc.

Eat whole grains rather than
refined - whole wheat, brown rice, etc.

Eat no milk fats or hydrogenated
oils.
-
Exercise at least 1/2 hour a
day.

Eat a plant based diet -fruit,
vegetables, Grains, Nuts. Limit animal foods.

Avoid fast food restaurants.
