Ten Rules for Normalizing Weight

  1. Drink eight glasses of water daily - 2 1/2 to 3 quart.

  2. Eat Breakfast.

  3. Eat no snacking between meals.

  4. Eat no fried of greasy foods.

  5. Eat no concentrated sweets such as sodas, candy, pies, cakes, etc.

  6. Eat whole grains rather than refined - whole wheat, brown rice, etc.

  7. Eat no milk fats or hydrogenated oils.

  8. Exercise at least 1/2 hour a day.

  9. Eat a plant based diet -fruit, vegetables, Grains, Nuts. Limit animal foods.

  10. Avoid fast food restaurants.
