Preventing Heart Burn

Normalize your weight as much as
possible.

Eat no food between meals.

Avoid fatty foods, nicotine,
alcohol, caffeine, and chocolate.

Limit fluid intake at meal time.
-
Drink plenty of water, 2 1/2
quart per day, but none for 2 hours after a meal.
-
Don't lie down for 4 hours after
eating.
-
Don't overeat.
-
If symptom persist put 3-4 inch
blocks on the floor at the head of the bed.
